Welcome to SoundWheel.
The small breaks are important, but it can be difficult to switch from a high mental pace to a quieter gear in an instant. We would like to help you with that. SoundWheel is a simple and effective tool that, with specially produced sound and music, supports you in getting a nourishing break in just 10 minutes. SoundWheel fits well into the small breaks of your everyday. On the bus, the train, during the lunch break or as a good landing after a long day. In fact, you can use SoundWheel in most places. All you need is a headset.

With SoundWheel you get access to an exclusive range of music meditations or sound journeys as we call them. A Sound journey is a small, simple exercise which, via a spoken guide and a lot of delicious sound, helps you turn your attention inwards for a moment. Here you can find peace, greater focus, new courage and, last but not least, plenty of fresh energy. There's no one right way to use the SoundWheel, and you pretty much can't do anything wrong. Use the spoken guide to support and guide you in the beginning. It's really simple and straight forward.

The sound in SoundWheel is more energetic than usual meditation music. Our dynamic sound universe is a good support for those who may find it difficult to stay focused during quieter meditations. If you are used to a quieter sound side, SoundWheel can initially seem very intense. We recommend going to it with open ears and heart, and letting go of expectations about what "real" meditation should sound like. In the end, it's a matter of taste. But all our users agree on one thing: there is nothing else out there that sounds and works like SoundWheel.

MyWheel
In MyWheel you can combine the individual sound journeys into longer meditations. Here, the guided intro and the guided outro have been removed from each journey, so that you do not experience having to relax your body several times during a longer session. Instead, you can insert the universal intro first and the universal outro last in your MyWheel playlist. Remember that you can choose guide on or off for each trip you insert. This means that you can also use MyWheel as a traditional playlist, so that the music from SoundWheel can act as a revitalizing soundtrack for other activities.

Unlike many other guided meditations, there are longer passages without speaking in SoundWheel. Here your imagination gets free play, only supported by our sound universe. Along the way, you can choose to switch the guide off completely, and thus become more free to steer your audio journey in exciting new directions. In this way, you are your own tour guide, and SoundWheel is just a tool that supports the journey.

SoundWheel is a wheel and not a linear process with a start and an end point. Like everything else, we move in cycles, and a spin in the SoundWheel will provide new perspectives and insights, which in turn will add new nuances and depths to the sound journeys you've already taken. As you get to know the SoundWheel better, you will often be able to sense which of the journeys has something to offer you in a given situation.
