RunFrog for PC

The RunFrog application introduces a completely new kind of opportunity to train and develop running independently and at your own pace. You just download the RunFrog app to your phone, register as a user and you're ready to go! The application is a clear and easy-to-use package.
The RunFrog app is designed to provide everyone with their own unique training path. When you register, you choose your fitness level (levels are available from the beginner to the ultra-runner) and you will have access to running and training programs according to your level.
Running programs provide you with versatile, logically and ascending training programs to suit your goals. For example, you can choose a goal to run a 5km continuous distance for the first time, improve your 10km time goal or aim for a marathon.
In addition to running programs, there is also a wide range of guidance related to running technology.
Running exercises are available with audio recordings: you can do the training independently under the guidance of a coach. The trainer acts as a “watchmaker” on your headphones and gives you breathing and technique tips during your workout. So you don't have to memorize the workouts in your program, you get guidance throughout your workout!
There are also storytelling, longer “basic endurance loops” during which you can hear stories about training with different coaches and varying visitors, as well as themes related to running, sports, health and well-being.
In addition to running programs, the app has an extensive and versatile training program and commercial bank compiled by professionals in various sports. The accompanying training materials are specifically designed to support running training. However, they can also be used by everyone separately - Running training is not mandatory.
Additional training themes are e.g. handball, strength and weight training, and mobility, body care and yoga exercises.
Clear and guided videos of all the workouts have been compiled to support the workouts.
Information and material are available in the app in both lecture and text formats, e.g. in relation to the nutrition of the athlete and runner.

The app also describes virtual running routes from different Finnish cities, which are easy to follow in the terrain directly from the mobile phone screen. This includes e.g. various virtual city tours, trails, well-established city routes, etc.
Using the application does not bind you to anything. You can select the operating time 1 month ahead. The longer the contract you use, the lower the price level.
