Peezy uses a straightforward questionnaire to evaluate your fitness level, providing a tailored starting point for your fitness journey. Like a language learning app, you'll begin at a level corresponding to the intensity of exercise and activities you find enjoyable while making progress.

Peezy guides you through personalized, GPS-guided Motions (walking, running, and cycling) level by level, with a tailored duration and pace. Our friendly avatar, Sally the Gecko, adjusts intensity and speed based on your feedback via Rating of Perceived Exertion (RPE). Sally learns and evolves with you, becoming a digital representation of your ability to engage in various activities.
