AdvanceCare has developed myAdvanceCare so that you can manage your insurance and monitor your health more closely.
With this new version of the application we changed the image and the browsing experience to improve your experience. We want myAdvanceCare to be simpler and have more features.

- Access the digital card, which you can use in our medical provider network. Exchanging cards between policies or household members is now easier.
- Request refunds online, just take a picture of the invoice or upload the document and the data reading is done automatically. To finish, you just need to confirm and send, without the need to send it on paper.
- Have a doctor closer to you, anytime and from anywhere. After a brief clinical screening, you have the comfort of being able to speak to a doctor by video call, in order to guide you to the most appropriate medical care and the sending of the medical prescription for medicines is done by email or sms.
- Assess your symptoms, by answering some questions about your health status, you will have access to a set of recommendations, as well as the next steps to take care of yourself.
- Consult your health plan, coverage and conditions.
- Monitor your movements, usage history and status of refunds and pre-authorization processes.
