Virtual urgent care visits are not for emergency care. If you or a loved one are suffering from a life-threatening condition, you should go to a hospital emergency room or call 911.

Your provider will determine if a virtual urgent care visit is appropriate for your specific symptoms and may refer you to emergency care, an in-person exam, or specialty follow-up as needed.
