LORIO is a respiratory rehabilitation tool. Thanks to its very precise breath sensor and its on-board electronic system, LORIO will personalize the difficulty of the games and workouts according to your profile.

⭐ Rise to the top of the leaderboard in "Pulmi's Race":
In this racing game, take a breather and you win! Alone or with others, compete on the track to finish first on the finish line. But beware, it won't be that simple! To overtake your opponents and gain speed, you will have to overcome multiple challenges of breath*. Unlock 60 races and discover different game worlds in Pulmi's Race.

In "Pulmi's Race" we are working on:
- Control of inspiratory flow.

⭐ Play melodies with your flute in "Melo Memo":
Enter the melodious and entertaining world of Melo Memo! This unique musical memorization game invites you to visualize a melody, before reproducing it by playing notes with your flute. Follow Melo, our conductor, on the musical path of the first 100 challenging and accessible levels in this version. Each challenge is different and will test your memorization and breathing skills. So, are you ready to become the master of Melo Memo?

In "Melo Memo" we work on:
- Management of inspiratory pauses,
- The volume of the expiratory reserve.

⭐ Train your breath during playful exercises:
Discover the "Roller Coaster" and "Skuba" workouts in which you can practice more in depth!

The "Roller Coaster" workout is inspired by autogenic drainage to clear the airways. Inhale to climb the climb of the circuit and take an inhale pause to prepare for the descent! Follow the slope of the mountain by blowing deeply into your flute and repeat this action as many times as you are asked to finish your ride.

In the "Russian Mountains" we work on:
- Management of inspiratory pauses,
- Breath management to find the expiratory reserve volume (ERV),
- Bronchial clearance.

Introduce yourself to diving in the "Skuba" training. Inhale peacefully into your flute to lower Pulmi into the water. Once the target depth has been reached, exhale slowly in order to come back to the surface. Take on the next challenges to pass training with all the stars!

In "Skuba" we are working on:
- Learning how to perform aerosol therapy,
- Inspiratory flow management,
- Management of inspiratory pauses.

⭐ Track your progress using the dashboard
After each session, check your breath results in the "Breath measurement" tab. Find data such as total breath time, inspiratory and expiratory volumes and many more! Over the days, months and weeks, keep yourself informed of your progress on LORIO.
