The Hero App gives you access to many workout plans and trainers on your side. They show you what to do and push you through your entire workout - every exercise and every rep. Choose your workout plan and start your workout with your trainer next to you.

* ANYWHERE - ANYTIME: Work out in the gym, your home gym or even at home without equipment and weights. Your trainers are always ready to help you - doesn't matter if its 4am or 11pm.

* FOR BEGINNER & PROS: Wherever you are and wherever you want to go - we have a workout that gets you closer to your goal. Get an introduction to the machines in your local gym, learn how to loose weight effectively or get to know new techniques from pro bodybuilders to create your own legacy.
