Fitorm is the AI-based integrated app in which you can have and log all your health-related activity plans like workouts, nutrition, fasting, step counting, etc. in the same place and let AI individualized give you tips concerning all your daily, weekly, and monthly activities.

Who is Fitorm for?
In our design, we considered all spectrums of people beginners to experts, person to gym owners, men, and women.
◆ Beginners: If you don’t have any experience with workouts and are recently interested in hitting the gym or working out at home depending on your goal (fat loss, gaining muscle, etc.), you can use Fitorm beginner’s pre-built plans, AI-generated plans (which consider parameters like your weight, age, gender, level of experience, etc.), or just Google a workout plan on the internet and import it to Fitorm manually and let Fitorm organize your next milestones. The app offers many options for users with a high level of experience. You can let the AI intelligently vary the intensity of the moves.

◆ Men and Women: Men and Women have different anatomy and capabilities. Fitorm has a huge library of exercises and for each exercise, we have one performed for women and one performed for men, which clearly shows how each gender does the move. Fitorm has an ever-growing library of plans, and it accurately separates plans based on gender. Also, the AI models of women are only trained based on women's data, so our app does not have model conflicts.

How does Fitorm work?
Fitorm is an integrated system that collects all information about gaining or losing calories. Workout, Fasting, Step Counting, or Eating Food. They all log together, so you have insightful information about your activities.
Workout: Matching your goals and capabilities, you can either choose from our prebuilt plans or let AI intelligently design a workout plan individualized for you. Each plan automatically has 60 days of expiration duration. And in the end, you can change your plan or get a new one. There is step counting module for outside activities

Nutrition: According to your body physics, age, gender, etc., there is a standard calorie that you can gain per day. Creating a nutrition plan helps you have control over your daily calories. After each meal, you can search for and find the food in our huge library of foods and add it based on the weight of consumption.

Fasting: A new way of losing weight and having a healthier body. It has been proven to help prevent cancer. Fitorm has a fasting plan system that counts your fasting adventures and makes excellent and profound statistics.

How to use Fitorm?
◆ Our main goal in Fitorm is to bring all data in one integrated system, and we have considered our customers' abilities. Fitorm has different types of customers: free and premium. Premium users have access to all exercises, plans, and infinite logs of activity. Free users have access to many parts but have limited storage for logging, and also, they see advertisements for compensation.
◆ The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. The price of the premium compared to services is the lowest.
◆ Using Fitorm requires login and registration, but if you are not sure or just want to test the app, you can log in as a guest. You can upgrade your guest account to a user account.
