If you attach the sensor to the bed and measure your biometric information in real time, you can check your heart rate and daily average heart rate in real time.
The normal heart rate for adults provided by the American Heart Association (AHA) is 60 to 100 BPM, but it can change due to various causes such as disease and stress.
