The first mobile application for full-fledged online voting in a partnership in accordance with the requirements of 217-FZ. The application is part of the "Digitalesnt.rf" platform.
The application allows you to post news and vote. The posting of news is important from the point of view of the separation of the board and the chairman of their duties in accordance with article 17, paragraph 17 217-FZ.
The application allows you to quickly and easily create a vote. The ability to vote is a vital necessity, given the unpredictability of the pandemic situation, the quorum problem and the imminent adoption of amendments to 217-FZ regarding electronic voting in garden partnerships and other types of TSN.
Confirmation of the vote is made using an SMS message with a code, which is sent to the phone number from which the registration of a member of SNT or an individual was carried out. After confirming the vote using an SMS message, an individual voter's ballot is formed and automatically sent to him by mail, which was specified during registration. All this is important from a legal point of view.
The advantage of the application over other options is the possibility of more involvement of residents in the voting process due to its convenience and simplicity. On a mobile phone, the voting process is much more convenient than using a browser to open a site and the subsequent steps to vote. Considering that most of the people will vote by telephone, the convenience factor becomes decisive. Through the mobile application, the number of participants increases by 1.5-2 times and the voting itself is carried out with a few clicks.
The application allows voting taking into account the weight of the vote, when the weight of the vote depends or does not depend on the number or area of ​​the owner's land plots.
You decide, depending on the situation, whether or not the results are displayed during the voting process. You can carry out "Open Voting" (Show voting polling stations) or Closed voting (Hide voted polling stations).
Individual gardeners are considered a separate category in the system. Their participation in voting and the list of issues on which they vote are decided by you.
