"My Personality" is a simple tool, designed to help you get to know yourself better through the Big Five Personality Factors model. The Big Five model is a scientific, evidence-based approach that identifies five fundamental dimensions of human personality: Openness to Experience, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism. These five factors are essential to understanding how people think, feel and behave in various situations.

To measure each factor, "My Personality" uses the Big Five Inventory (BFI): a widely recognized standard instrument in psychometrics. The app will guide you through each of the BFI questions, which are designed to measure your levels in each of the big five factors.

Once you complete the questionnaire, you will receive a detailed report with your scores on each factor and what they mean to you. Are you an extrovert or do you prefer introspection? Do you have an open mind for new experiences or do you prefer the familiar and safe? You can discover all this with "My personality".

In the future we hope to expand the application to allow user participation in academic projects, particularly for the creation and validation of psychometric tests in Spanish-speaking populations.
