Info Room (originally Signal) is an android mobile application that helps bring information from around the world closer to you. Info Room is a copy of its originator, Signal, but with notable features like the added article translation functionality and the added article search functionality.

Why was Info Room created?
Signal, Info Room's originator, was created out of boredom and with the aim for its creator to test his newly acquired skill on a real-world project. But as times passed, the reasons for Signal's creation (Info Room's originator) changed, thereby giving birth to Info Room. Now the reason behind Info Room's creation is to help reduce, or if possible, completely eliminate the availability of fake news by using verified news sources like the NewsApi service.

Does Info Room collect your data?
No, Info Room does not collect any user data (name, age, email address etc.). Signal, Info Room's originator, did collect user data, but after much though, the developer saw no real use of the user's collected data, and then decided to remove the user data collection functionality from Info Room, the rebranded copy of Signal.

What does the future hold for Info Room?
Info Room is not a side project, which was not the case for its originator, Signal. So, the developer of Info Room is going to continue to work on updates and continue to add more and more features to Info Room to meet the expectations of Info Room users.
