Plataforma PROA for PC

The PROA Platform is 100% online and free of charge for young people aged between 17 and 22 who study or have studied in a public school and are looking to prepare for the job market.
During the course, students develop socio-emotional skills essential for professional success, such as learning to learn, determination, communication and problem solving.
Training is comprised of interactive online challenges, active learning resources and personalized support from tutors. Students can access course content anytime, anywhere via smartphone, tablet or computer.

After completing the course, young people are supported by the Employability team at Instituto PROA for three years. This includes professional guidance, help with the preparation of resumes, indication of vacancies and support for selection processes. This initiative aims to increase the chances of young people to stand out in the selection processes and successfully achieve a professional placement.

Requirements:

Live in the states of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Santa Catarina, Rio Grande do Sul, Minas Gerais and Paraná.
Be between 17 and 22 years old.
Be attending or have completed the 3rd year of high school in a public school.
Wants to get the first job.
