Personal Block List

Personal Alow List
The allow list lets you receive phone calls from numbers that you have identified as “A-okay”.

Block Calls Marked Spam
If your phone carrier's Caller ID has identified a call as SPAM, we will block it.

Block Spoofed Similar Numbers
Scammers commonly call from a similar number, called spoofing, to trick you into answering the phone. The Block Spoofed Similar Numbers feature automatically blocks these callers. Contacts are always allowed through and won't be blocked, even if a contact number is similar to yours.

Call History and Automatic Lookups
Call Control Home will display recent calls made to your landline from our mobile app and will provide caller name information if it's contained within our database. So you'll know which of your recent calls were spam and get the caller names of local businesses and individuals (if available).

Premium Reverse Lookups
You can lookup the caller name for any phone number you'd like to search for. This is a handy feature if you want to find out who owns a phone number or if a friend gets an unknown call and you want to find out who it is. The Community results will always be free, but if we don't have information about a number in our database, the Premium lookup searches third party databases to get the information for you.
