Introducing The Word Speaks Bible App

The Word Speaks is a Bible App which provides the following feature: “To be able to navigate to your favorite scriptures or one that the bible teacher just quoted, using just your voice. We call this Voice Navigation.

Voice Navigation finds and displays your scripture verse in milli-seconds, allowing you to keep up as your bible teacher, minister says “Turn to Psalms 50 verse 1”. As quickly as you can say the verse, Voice Navigation will find and display it.

How does this work, simple.

Suppose you cannot remember where to find a scripture such as “2 Corinthians‬ ‭12‬ verse 9‬”, don’t look in the index, don’t ask you neighbor, simply tap the Golden Microphone at the bottom of the main screen and speak “2 Corinthians‬ ‭12‬ verse 9‬” and The Word Speaks, with the help of Apple Servers translate your words into text which Voice Navigation then uses and “2 Corinthians‬ ‭12‬ verse 9‬” will appear highlighted on the main screen.‬‬‬

Now by simply speaking the scripture you can navigate the bible finding any verse with just your voice.

If you want to disable Voice Navigation simply:
1. Click on the Main Menu Icon
2. Click on Settings
3. Click and turn off “Enable Speech Recognition”

Voice Navigation is the 1st of other planned “Voice” activated features that we are planning in the near future.

Another notable feature is the Search Module which allows search for text in the entire bible or focusing your search to one of the following bible groups:
• Old Testament
• New Testament
• Torah
• The Major Prophets
• The Minor Prophets
• The Letters of Paul
• The Pentateuch
• The Historical Books
• The Poetical and Wisdom Books
• The Prophets
• The Gospels
• The General Epistles and Revelation

Focusing your search to one of these Bible Groups can help to keep you on track when doing your bible studies.

Additionally, The Word Speaks will offer via Monthly Subscriptions, extended features such as:

• A journaling module to record your intimate conversations and prayers with the Lord. In this module you can record your Prayers, Sermon notes and conversations you have using a Rich Text Editor. If you are a Minister/Pastor/Preacher the Word Speaks is a tool to help you prepare your sermons. If you are a Bible Study Teacher you can prepare your lesson outline and use the Share or Email feature to send your outline to your students.
• Additional Bible Translations.
• Compare Scriptures In different translations.
• Expanded layouts for Table Devices.
• Intimate Notes, for quick notes and scripture reminders instead of a journal entry.
