This book has the first reason, because there are still many among the Muslims who consider the science of faraidh or the science of inheritance to be very difficult to learn.

Even the author himself has felt how difficult it is to study inheritance when he was still studying at the Lipia Jakarta campus. Because what is studied is the yellow book in Arabic, bare. The teacher is also a native Arab. Anyway, more dizzy.

Thank God, by continuing to study, it turns out that studying inheritance is very easy to understand. We just need to focus a little on certain discussions in the science of inheritance. And this knowledge can be understood easily, of course, also with the permission of Allah subhaanahu wa ta'aala.

Then the second reason why this book exists is because it wants to practice the words of the Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wasallam. That is a special order from him to study inheritance.

From Abdullah bin Mas'ud radhiyallahu anhu said: Rasulullah shallallahu alaihi wasallam has said: "Learn the Koran and teach it to people. And learn the knowledge of Faraidh (the science of inheritance) and teach it to people. Because I am only human who will dies. And inheritance will be revoked and slander spreads, to the extent that there are two people who are fighting over inheritance but can't find anyone who can answer it." (Narrated by al-Hakim)

Furthermore, the third reason why this book exists is because we all know that the law of applying or practicing inheritance knowledge is mandatory.

So it is also mandatory for us to study it first. We do this so that when one of our family members dies, we can apply this inheritance law correctly according to Islamic guidance.

Inheritance law regulations are regulations stipulated by the Koran, Hadith and ijma' of the Muslims. The position of the science of inheritance is the same as the problem of prayer, zakat, muamalah and hudūd, all of which must be applied. And also obligatory to practice.
