Often we meet there are some people who still do not understand what is the essence of fiqh science. In fact, he does not understand the science of fiqh so much that he thinks that fiqh is just human words that are not based on syar'i arguments. Fiqh is considered to be just the words of the Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i and Hanbali schools.

When someone has views on fiqh like the above, then easily what is in his mind is the sentence "Let's leave the madzhab and it's time to return to the Koran and al-Hadith".

This sentence could be true and could also be wrong. It is considered true because the Prophet indeed advised us to return to the Al-Quran and al-Hadith. In fact, these two heirlooms were inherited by the Prophet to his people. It is considered wrong because indeed not everyone can understand the Al-Quran and al-Hadith correctly. Therefore, not everyone can tamper with the verses of the Koran and al-Hadith with their own super shallow understanding.

Maybe he thinks that if he returns to the Al-Quran and al-Hadith with his own way of understanding then he can be said to be a person who is really on the right path. In fact, to understand the Qur'an and al-Hadith, many knowledge requirements must be mastered and understood.

Even though in reality the scholars of the 4 Madzhabs used the Al-Quran and al-Hadith together, there were many differences or khilafiyah between them. This is a natural thing. Because the methods or rules used are different.
