This Dzikrul Ghofilin application is an application that we have developed so that muhibbin gus miek can use it in carrying out a daily dhikr prayer.

Quoting the book Encyclopedia of Khittah NU: NU and Important Figures by Nur Khalik Ridwan, the history of dzikrul ghofilin has existed since 1960, which was initiated by three kiai namely, Kiai Hamid (Pasuruan), Kiai Hamim Jazuli (Gus Miek, Kediri), and Kiai Achmad Shiddiq (Jember).
The three kiai were very well known among the NU community. According to Gus Miek, there are three other figures who have contributed to the wirid dzikrul ghofilin, namely Mbah Kiai Dalhar (Magelang), Mbah Kiai Mundzir (Kediri), and Mbah Kiai Hamid (Magelang).
Hope KH. Achmad Siddiq about dzikrul ghofilin, namely creating a religious atmosphere to fortify society in entering modern life. According to him, modernization tends to lead to something that is harmful or detrimental to Muslims.

The main fadhilah of dzikrul ghofilin is purely for happiness in the hereafter. Usually people who really arrange their afterlife, their worldly affairs will also be arranged.
