In language, qadhi is the isim fail form of its mashdar, namely al-qadha'. So qadhi is a person who performs qadha.

A. Meaning of Qadha in Language

Uniquely Arabic, it turns out that the word qadha' has many meanings. Among them there are meanings of creation, action, command, fulfillment, order, fulfillment, delivery, promise, perfection and so on.

B. Lafadz Qadha in the Koran In the Koran itself we find that there are many of these words with many different meanings, depending on the context.
