The provisions for inheritance distribution are not just the ijtihad of the scholars, not even the personal will of the Prophet SAW or his taste for the Arab community.

The two-to-one distribution of boys and girls has nothing to do with the old days, which still distinguished the degrees of men and women. Because this provision is entirely a direct provision from the Al-Quran which is eternal and valid for all time.
