Divina Transport for PC

Divina Transport is an information provider and technology operator to facilitate the contact and submission of requests from taxi drivers with the function of estimating the duration of loading and transport and providing the contact details of the taxi driver.
- DIVINA TRANSPORT is not a supplier of transport services, nor does it provide any service or act that would be considered that the Company is a supplier of transport services or a supplier of taxi services. Transportation Services and Other Transportation Services are provided by third parties. Any transport service is therefore an independent and direct affair between the customer and the taxi driver.
- DIVINA TRANSPORT is a passenger transport service and not a product delivery service. The User must under no circumstances use Divina Transport to deliver products or things. In the event of a problem arising from the use of Divina Transport to deliver products or things, the Company cannot be held responsible in any way and a driver has the right to reject the request. The transport service is considered the independent service of the taxi driver and not the service of the company.
- When the taxi driver accepts the user's request for Divina Transport SARL, the user will see the initial information about the taxi driver, such as the license plate number; vehicle color; phone number; and any assessment score (if applicable). The user considers and accepts the transport services and voluntarily accepts any risk that may arise from the taxi driver's transport service on his own. The Company shall have no obligation and liability, direct or indirect, for any damage resulting from special circumstances with respect to the actions of the taxi driver and/or the omission of services to the customer and/or the breach of contract; and/or a wrongful act committed by the taxi driver, such as loss or damage to the user's luggage or property, delay or misconduct by the taxi driver in providing the service, any damage or problem with the vehicle or taxi, or missing important events, meetings or flights due to a delay in services. The User undertakes not to make any claim against the Company. The Company totally denies any involvement in any User passenger or baggage transportation service that is illegal or performed unlawfully in any respect.
DIVINA TRANSPORT is a perfect SOS service.
In an emergency, the passenger can click the SOS button to alert nearby drivers. Once a driver accepts the SOS call, their score will increase further.
