This is an Auto-renewable subscription. The subscription is renewed unless you turn it off 24 hours before the period ends. Your account will be charged for renewal as well. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
