Once a thriving city, Plontika has been destroyed by gangsters who engaged in crime to become wealthy. The gangsters control the entire city, conducting deals, fighting each other, and maintaining power through negotiation and intimidation.

Each organization attacks each other in order to dominate Plonkia, and the fighting never ends. In the midst of organization warfare, operate nightclubs, bars, restaurants, and gather money to make Plonkia your city.
